This self-published text book is getting a bit long in the tooth (last updated in 2004) and I currently do not have the time to do a new edition. It still contains plenty of good, solid information but rather than continuing to print it and sell copies, I am now just going to post the chapters as pdf files on this site. You are free to read, print and use this resource as you see fit (though the dental charts are copyrighted and so I cannot allow you to use them without permission from DentaLabels). The images are all in gray scale but many of them also appear in full colour the various pdfs on the Old CUSP Articles page.
